Location

Old Government House is located in Parramatta Park at Parramatta, NSW.

To get there, take the train from Sydney’s Central Station (approx 30 minute journey) to Parramatta Station – or catch the River Cat from Sydney’s Circular Quay to Parramatta Wharf (approx 1 hour journey for a timetable visit 131500.info).

Then it is a 15 minute walk to Old Government House. Frmo the railway station, go through Civic Place (Church Street) and turn left into either Macquarie or George Street, then walk along to Parramatta Park. From The River Cat walk up to George Street, turn right then along to Parramatta Park.

Or alternatively if you wish to drive there is parking available in Parramatta Park through the Pitt Street entrance. Please park in marked parking bays and do note that parking officers do patrol Parramatta Park.

There is a bus/coach drop-off and pick up area near the entrance to OGH. Groups utilising buses should inform staff of vehicle requirements when booking.
